International Terminal (T2) is for all overseas flights. Arrivals exit through customs and quarantine before entering the public arrivals hall. This can add 30–60 minutes to processing time depending on the flight origin, so we factor this in when your driver waits.
The two terminals are connected by the AirTrain and a free inter-terminal bus service, but most passengers don’t need to switch terminals if you’ve told us where you’re arriving.
